Returning an item for a refund
Please return the form included with your package along with any item from your order in original condition (with tags attached) for a refund, the original condition determined by Returns Policy.
If your item is customized/personalized, please check the description of the item as it will confirm if this item is returnable and/or contact customer service directly before returning it.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit and it is your responsibility to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate or have adequately insured the goods using a Recorded or Special delivery service for returning your goods.
Exchanging an item
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Please re-order the item replacement item and return the unwanted item for a refund to the original form of payment

Faulty or Damaged Item
If you have received a faulty item, please Contact Us and the Store Support Team will provide you with return instructions.
Once your items have reached our warehouse you’ll receive a confirmation email. It can take up to 5 working days to process the return. After this, the refund can take 1-5 working days to show on your bank statement, and it will be paid in accordance with the Refunds section of our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right not to refund any items which have been Personalised. This applies to any product that is modified from its original form either by the addition of other products, additional features, or design and that has been specifically requested by the customer.
We will not be liable for a personalized name or number being incorrectly selected at the time of order.
Most jewelry items can be returned; however, we do not accept returns on earrings (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons or if the original packaging has been opened.
